“We would like to whole-heartedly thank Zahra Foundation for the meaningful insights that were shared at an event for our employees in November 2022. During the panel discussion Arman and Kelly-Ann were able to shine a spotlight on the silent pandemic that is Domestic and Family Violence (DFV). The webinar was attended by 200 Allianz employees and the feedback from attendees has been overwhelming, with lots of our employees commenting on how informative and valuable the session was, while also treating the topic with sensitivity. Arman is an eloquent and engaging presenter who was able to captivate the audience by sharing his very personal story. He was supported by Zahra’s CEO, Kelly-Ann, who was able to provide a wealth of knowledge and practical advice on the topic. It has been an outstanding event and one our employees will surely remember in the best possible way. The webinar would have certainly raised awareness and sensitivity amongst our employees who may interact with colleagues or customers impacted by domestic and family violence. The event has also set the scene for further DFV training we are currently rolling out across our business.”
