Hope for the Future – Vision Board

Today at the Zahra Foundation we received this picture of an amazing Vision Board which was created by one of our participants form the Pathways to Empowerment program.  The participant wanted to share the experiences of the program and to bring hope to everyone that ‘… these crazy times will pass!’.  Some of the comments were ‘… your care, kindness, respect and all with a sense of underlying fun was amazing to experience …’;  ‘… I knew that each week I was not only in a physically safe place but it was mentally safe as well!’;  ‘… I knew on that day I attended the program that I would learn something, feel lots and be supported’.
