Due to high demand for financial counselling, our referral form for South Australia is currently closed. We will begin accepting new referrals again for South Australia on Monday 2 November 2026. Referrals are still open for New South Wales and Queensland.

If you need financial counselling support, please call the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007 or use its live chat, available weekdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

This referral form is for community services or professionals to refer clients to Zahra Foundation Australia's services and programs. You can also use this form to make a self-referral if you would like to access our programs or services yourself.

We ask a number of questions to help us understand how best to support you and ensure your referral reaches the correct team.

We reserve single-session appointments for those in urgent need of financial counselling. Please complete all fields to help us assess if you require an urgent appointment.
